ถ้าผู้ใดจะเกณฑ์ท่านให้เดินทางไปหนึ่งกิโลเมตร ก็ให้เลยไปกับเขาถึงสองกิโลเมตร มัทธิว 5:41

 

"And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two" (Matthew 5:41, NKJ).

คุณเป็นคนที่ดีเยี่ยมหรือเปล่า คุณทำอะไรมากกว่าที่ใครคาดหมายหรือเปล่า หรือว่าคุณชอบมองหาทางออกง่ายๆแต่พอตัว คุณแค่ทำอะไรพอผ่านหรือไม่ หรือว่าคุณยอมทำมากกว่าแค่มาตรฐาน หากเราย้อนกลับไปในยุคพระคัมภีร์ โดยกฏหมายบอกว่า ทหารโรมันสามารถเกณฑ์ใครก็ได้ให้แบกสัมภาระให้เขาได้หนึ่งไมล์ แต่หากเกินหนึ่งไมล์เขาต้องใช้คนใหม่แบกให้เขา แต่ว่าในข้อนี้ พระยซูบอกว่าให้ทำยิ่งกว่าที่ถูกเกณฑ์มาให้ทำ ทำให้มากกว่าที่คนอื่นคาดหวัง ให้ยอมแบกของไปสองไมล์ และเราควรมีทัศนคติแบบนี้ด้วยในปัจจุบัน

 

Are you a person of excellence? Do you do more than what´s expected, or do you look for the easy way out? Do you just do the minimum requirement, or do you go the extra mile? Back in Bible days, by law, Roman soldiers could require a person to carry their armor for one mile. After that mile, they would have to get somebody else to do it. But in this verse, Jesus is saying to go above and beyond the call of duty. Do more than expected. Carry the armor two miles. And that´s the attitude we should have today.

We are called to be people of excellence. We are called to go above and beyond. That´s the attitude God expects, and that´s the attitude God rewards. The world should look at the people of God and think, "Wow. They are people of integrity. People who outshine the rest. I want what they have." I encourage you today to look for ways to go the extra mile. Let your actions bring glory to God and open the door for His blessing in every area of your life.

ในวันนี้คุณทำสิ่งใดตามความเชื่อของคุณหรือเปล่า ถ้าเราไม่ได้ทำอะไรที่แสดงให้รู้ว่าเราเชื่อพระเจ้า พระคัมภีร์ก็บอกว่าความเชื่อของเรานั้นก็ตามแล้ว ความเชื่อที่ตายแล้วก็ไม่สามารถได้รับความสำเร็จอะไร เราต้องทำให้ความเชื่อของเรามีชีวิตด้วยการแสดงออกด้วยการกระทำตามความเชื่อ และมันไม่ต้องเป็นสิ่งที่ใหญ่โต แค่เป็ฯสิ่งที่สำแดงความเชื่อของเราที่มีต่อพระเจ้า

 

Are you putting action behind your faith today? If we aren't doing something that shows that we believe God, the Bible says that our faith is dead. Dead faith won't accomplish anything. We have to give life to our faith by putting actions behind it. And, it doesn't have to be anything big, just something that shows your faith in God.

For example, I know people who are down and discouraged. They pray, "God, please. Get me out of this discouragement. God, give me my joy back. God, give me a new beginning." And yes, prayer is important, but it's only part of the process.

What really causes God to act is when you do something about it—you get back up, dust yourself off, and say, "You know what? I'm not going to stay down. This is the day the Lord has made! I am going to be happy and have a great day." That's putting action behind your faith.

Do you know what moves the hand of God? This may surprise you, but God is not moved by complaining and self-pity. He's not even moved by our needs. Yes, He is concerned about our needs, and yes, He wants to meet our needs, but we have to do our part and invite Him to work in our lives by exercising our faith.

 

ย้อนไปเมื่อเวลาที่พระเยซูอย่ในโลก มีหลายครั้งที่ก่อนที่พระองค์จะรักษาโรคใคร ในพระคัมภีร์บอกในทำนองนี้ว่า "เมื่อพระองค์เห็นความเชื่อของเขา.." และในวันนี้ลองถามตัวเองดูว่า พระเจ้าทรงเห็นความเชื่อของคุณไหม?

 

When Jesus walked the earth, oftentimes right before He healed someone, the Bible says something like this, "When He saw their faith…" And so I ask you today, can God see your faith?

When God sees you doing everything you can to get well; when He sees you getting to work a little earlier because you really want that promotion; when He sees you bypass the cookie jar because you've been believing to lose weight; when He sees you bite your tongue to keep the peace in your house; when He sees you help others when you really need more help than they do; when God sees your faith, that's when extraordinary things will begin to happen.

Are you seeing the goodness of God overflowing in your life today? If you´ll look with your eyes of faith, you´ll see that He´s already crowned your year with His goodness. In other words, you have been especially chosen; you are marked to receive His goodness.

And when God crowns you with His goodness, it doesn´t matter what´s going on around you. It doesn´t matter what´s happening in the economy, in the job market, or the housing market. God´s crown of favor and blessing cannot be moved. You are the head and not the tail; above only and not beneath.

"เรากล่าวแก่ท่านทั้งหลายอีกว่า ถ้าในพวกท่านที่อยู่ในโลกสองคนจะร่วมใจกันขอสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใด พระบิดาของเราผู้ทรงสถิตในสวรรค์ก็จะทรงกระทำให้ ด้วยว่ามีสองสามคนประชุมกันที่ไหนๆในนามของเรา เราจะอยู่ท่ามกลางเขาที่นั่น" (มัทธิว 18:19-20)

"Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them" (Matthew 18:19–20, NKJ).

มีหลักการข้อหนึ่งในพระคัมภีร์ที่ว่าเมื่อสองคนขึ้นไปร่วมใจกันในสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใด สิ่งนั้นจะเกิดขึ้น นี่แสดงให้เห็นว่า การร่วมในกันมีพลังอำนาจมาก และในอีกข้อหนึ่งบอกว่า "คนสองคนจะเดินไปด้วยกันได้อย่างไรหากว่า เขาไม่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ก่อน" หรือกล่าวได้ว่า หากเราต้องการเดินไปกับพระเจ้า เราอยากเห็นพระสัญญาของพระเจ้าสำเร็จในชีวิตของเรา เราอยากมีชีวิตแห่งฤทธิ์เดชจากพระเจ้า  เราต้องตกลงร่วมใจกับพระองค์

 

There´s a spiritual principle in the Bible that tells us when two or more agree on something, that thing shall be established. There is great power in agreement. In another verse it says, "How can two walk together unless they agree?" In other words, if we want to walk with God, if we want to see His promises established in our lives, if we want to live in His power, we have to get into agreement with Him.

 

เราต้องรู้ว่าพระองค์ได้กล่าวอะไร และรักษาการกระทำและความคิดของเราให้เป็นไปในแนวทางเดียวกับพระองค์ อย่างเช่น พระเจ้าต้องการให้เราที่เป็นลูกของพระองค์มีงิตแห่งชัยชนะ แต่การที่จะได้รับชัยชนะนั้น เราต้องคิดใคร่ครวญถึงมัน เชื่อว่าเราจะชนะ และพูดออกมาอย่างเชื่อมั่นถึงความเชื่อนี้ เราจะแค่คิดอยู่ว่า "ความสำเร็จเหรอ ผมว่ามันเป็นไปไม่ได้หรอก อะไรๆก็ไม่ดี อะไรๆก็สายเกินแก้แล้ว" อย่าได้คิดอย่างนั้น เพราว่ามันจะไปหยุดยั้ง พลังอำนาจแห่งการร่วมใจกัน

We have to know what He says and make our thoughts and actions line up with His. For example, God wants His children to live in victory, but in order to experience that victory we have to think it, believe it, and speak it. We can´t go around thinking, "Oh my breakthrough is never going to happen. Nothing works out for me. It´s been too long." No, that attitude will stop the power of agreement.

 

แล้วแทนที่จะบ่นคร่ำครวญ ก็ให้เรามาตกลงร่วมใจกับพระเจ้า และประกาศว่า "ฉันว่าชัยชนะมาใกล้แล้ว พระเจ้าทรงได้ยินคำอธิษฐานของฉัน ฉันขอตกลงร่วมใจกับพระองค์ และ อะไรๆจะดีสำหรับฉันแน่นอน" จงเลือกที่รับเอาพระคำของพระเจ้า ความคิดและการกระทำตามแบบของพระองค์ และมองดูว่าพระสัญญาของพระเจ้าจะเข้ามาเป็นจริงในทุกอย่างในชีวิตของคุณ!

 

Instead of complaining, get into agreement with God and declare, "I know my breakthrough is coming. I know God hears my prayers. I am in agreement with Him and all things work out for my good!" Choose His words, thoughts, and actions and watch His promises come to pass in every area of your life!

พระบิดาเจ้า ลูกขอเข้ามาหาพระองค์อย่างใจถ่อม และขอพระองค์ค้นดูใจลูก ดูว่ามีอะไรในชีวิตที่มันเป็นการไมท่ร่วมใจกับพระองค์ อะไรที่ไม่เป็นไปตามที่พระองค์ออกแบบไว้ ลูกขอเลือกที่จะให้ตัวลูกเองเป็นไปในแบบที่พระองค์ต้องการตามแบบพระคำของพระองค์ ซึ่งลูกเชื่อว่าเป็นแผนการที่ดีที่สุดของพระองค์สำหรับตัวลูกเอง ในพระนามพระเยซู เอเมน

Heavenly Father, today I humbly come to You. Search my mind and heart and show me any areas of my life that are not in agreement with You. I choose to align myself with Your Word knowing that You have the best plan for me. In Jesus´ Name. Amen.

"แต่ ถ้า ไม่ มี ความเชื่อ แล้ว จะ เป็น ที่ พอพระทัย ของ พระเจ้า ก็ ไม่ ได้ เลย เพราะว่า ผู้ ที่ จะ มา เฝ้า พระเจ้า ได้ นั้น ต้อง เชื่อ ว่า พระองค์ ทรง ดำรง พระชนม์ อยู่ และ พระองค์ ทรง เป็น ผู้ ประทาน บำเหน็จ ให้ แก่ ทุกคน ที่ แสวงหา พระองค์"

ฮีบรู 11:6

"But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out]"

Do you ever feel like you are inconveniencing God? Are you content to just barely get by in life, to just endure it? Some people think they are being humble by not asking God for things, but Jesus paid a precious price to give us abundant life! He loves to hear us call upon His name!

 

ผมขอหนุนใจคุณในวันนี้ให้มีใจกล้าและเชื่อในพระเจ้า อยากคิดแค่อยู่ไปวันๆ เพราว่าพระเจ้าคิดมห้เราเป็นแบบครบบริบูรณ์ ถ้าคุณคิดใหญ่กว่าเดิม คุณจะได้เห็นว่าพระเจ้าทรงทำกิจที่ยิ่งใหญ่มากขึ้นในชีวิตของคุณ

I encourage you today to be bold and dare to believe God. Don?t just think "survival" when God is thinking "abundance." If you will think bigger, you?ll see God act bigger in your life.

When you release your faith in a big way, God doesn"t say, "Who do they think they are? The nerve of that person." No, when you stretch your faith, it brings a smile to God's face. He probably says to the angels, "Listen to what they're saying. They believe I can do great things. They believe I can turn any situation around. They?ve got their trust and confidence in Me, so I'm not going to disappoint them!"

Not long ago, a lady came and told me, "Joel, the reason I quit coming to church, the reason I hadn't been here in two months is because everybody was talking about me. Everybody was against me." I didn't say it, but I thought to myself, "Ma'am, everybody doesn't know you. If you sit on one side of the building, the people on the other side probably have never even seen you."

What happened? She was carrying offense and got distracted trying to fight a battle that wasn't worth fighting. Someone offended her or said something she didn't like, and instead of letting it go, she fell into a trap. "Well, I'm not going to come to church. I'll just show them." She got distracted trying to prove her point and the only person she ended up hurting was herself.

That's what happens when we carry offenses. Things get blown out of proportion--"Everybody is against me. Everybody is talking about me."

We shouldn't allow offenses to distract us and get us off course. Instead, we need to stay focused on what God's called us to do and overlook offense. Choose your battles wisely so you can fulfill the destiny God has prepared for you!

When David was a shepherd boy, his father asked him to take lunch to his brothers out on the battlefield. When he arrived, he heard Goliath taunting and challenging the people of God. David asked the men standing around, "What is the prize for defeating this giant?" They said, "The reward is one of the king's daughters in marriage and no more taxes." That got David's attention. He knew this was a battle worth fighting.

When David's older brother, Eliab, heard him talking about fighting the giant, he tried to embarrass him. In front of all those men Eliab said, "David, what are you doing out here? And what have you done with those few sheep our father left you with?" He tried to make him feel small. He was saying, "David, you're not important. You'll never do anything great."

But I love the way David responded. The Scripture says that David turned and walked away from Eliab. I believe one of the main reasons that David was a champion is because he knew which battles to fight. He knew to turn away from discouraging voices so he could focus his energy on the real battle.

Today, what are the discouraging voices coming against you? Choose to turn away from those distractions so you can turn toward the victory God has in store for you!

God has equipped us to stand and fight every battle we will face in life. The Bible tells us in Ephesians chapter 6 that we are to put on the whole armor of God—everything that He has equipped us with.

The armor tells a lot about how we are to fight our battles. If you study the armor of God, you'll find that it only mentions things that cover the front of us.

It talks about wearing the breastplate of righteousness which covers our chest, our heart. It talks about having our loins girt about with truth; it tells us to put on the helmet of salvation, and to protect our steps with the shoes of peace. Then it mentions the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit.

 

แต่ให้สังเกตดู มันน่าสนใจมาก ที่ไม่มีสักชิ้นเดียวที่มีไว้ป้องกันหลังของเรา ทำไมละ ก็เพราะว่าพระเจ้าไม่มีพระประสงค์ให้เราวิ่งหนีจากศัตรู หากเราวิ่งหนี ก็เท่ากับเราเปิดหลังของเราให้ศัตรูจัดการ

 

But notice, interestingly enough, not one piece of that armor covers our back. Why is that? It's because God never intended for us to be running from the enemy. If you're running from adversity, then you're leaving yourself wide open to the enemy.

But if you'll put on the whole armor of God and stand on His Word, you'll move forward into the victory God has already prepared for you!

จงตั้งใจ Be Determined

"ขอให้ท่านมีกำลังมากขึ้นทุกอย่างโดยฤทธิ์เดชแห่งพระสิริของพระองค์  ขอให้ท่านมีความทรหดที่สุด  และความอดทนไว้นานด้วยความยินดี" โคโลสี  1:11

""[We pray] that you may be invigorated and strengthened with all power according to the might of His glory, [to exercise] every kind of endurance and patience (perseverance and forbearance) with joy," (Colossians 1:11, AMP).

Do you know what causes God to act on your behalf? Do you know what gets His attention? God is not moved by our needs. He's not moved by whining or complaining. He's not moved by a "poor me" mentality. No, God is moved by our faith in Him.

 

เราต้องตั้งใจที่จะยืนหยัดในพระคำของพระเจ้า ไม่ว่าอะไรจะเกิดขึ้นในชีวิตของเรา จงจำไว้ พระเจ้าทรงสัญยาไว้ในพระคำของพระองค์ว่า พระองค์จะทรงต่อสู้ในศึกของเรา แต่อย่างไรก็ดี เราต้องรู้ด้วยว่าสิ่งเหล่านี้จะไม่เกิดในทันทีทันใด

 

We have to be determined to stand on God's Word no matter what is going on around us. Remember, God promises in His Word that He will fight our battles, but understand that it's not going to happen automatically.

 

เราต้องทำในส่วนของเราด้วย เราต้องยึดมั่นในความเชื่อและต้องอดทนทรหด และเพียรพยายามด้วย เราต้องตั้งใจที่จะยืนหยัดในความเชื่อและเผชิญหน้าความท้าทายที่เข้ามาในชีวิต

 

We have to do our part. We have to dig our heels in with an attitude of faith and exercise endurance, patience, and perseverance. We have to be determined to stand strong in faith and face those challenges that come against us.

 

เหมือนอย่างที่พระธรรมกล่าวไว้ ผมได้อธิษฐานว่าให้คุณได้รับการเสิรมกำลังโดยฤทธิ์เดชของพระเจ้า เพื่อให้มีความอดทน และความเพียรพยายาม เพื่อที่คุณจะสามารถยืนหยัดอย่างมั่นคงและตั้งใจที่จะรับเอาพระสัญญาของพระเจ้าทุกประการที่พระองค์เตรียมไว้ให้คุณ

 

Just like the scripture says, I pray that today you are strengthened with His power to exercise endurance, perseverance, and patience so that you can stand strong and be determined to take hold of every promise He has in store for you!
