"ความชอบธรรมเชิดชูประชาชาติ…" (สภษ. 14:34).

Many people are looking for ways to climb higher in life and the answer is found in the Word of God! The Bible tells us that righteousness exalts a nation. Righteousness simply means to be in right standing with God. It means you are honoring Him and following His ways. Webster's dictionary says that the word "exalt" means "to raise in rank, power or character." Righteousness exalts a nation, and righteousness exalts individuals.
There are so many promises in the Word of God for those who are righteous and honor Him. Part of being righteous and following His commands is to pray for your leaders and people in authority. Pray that they would honor the Lord and seek His ways. Pray that they would govern in righteousness and integrity. And Psalm 33 tells us that, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord." The Lord promises that when His people pray, He will hear us! As you submit all your ways to Him, He will cause you to rise up higher and higher into the place of blessing He has in store for you! Prayer for Today: Father in heaven, thank You for making me righteous through the blood of Jesus. Remind me to pray for my leaders and those who are in authority over me so that Your righteousness will exalt this nation. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Victory Through Him

No matter what challenges you may be facing today—at work, home, in your health or in your relationships, God promises that even in the middle of "all these things", you can have victory. How? Victory starts in your heart and mind. Victory starts with peace that passes understanding. That means that you can have peace when it doesn't make sense to have peace. When the rest of the world is full of anxiety and worry, you can live in peace. Victory "amid all these things" also means that you can have joy deep down in your soul. You can have so much joy that you can't even explain why you have it! It's supernatural. It's joy unspeakable and full of His glory and power. When you begin to dwell on God's promise of victory, something will change on the inside of you. You may have felt like you were losing ground five minutes ago, but right now you can take hold of the victory He's promised. Open your heart to Him and receive the joy and peace He longs to give you. Remember, the joy of the Lord is your strength, and as you embrace His joy, you'll be empowered to rise above your challenges so you can move forward into the victory He has for you! Everyone has seasons when they feel overwhelmed by the busyness of life. In fact, one of the tricks of the enemy is to get you so caught up in the everyday "hustle and bustle" so that he can distract you and make you feel disconnected from the Father. But no matter how overwhelmed you may feel, you can find rest in knowing that the eyes of the Lord are upon you. He sees everything you are going through and everything you are facing. He knows where you are right now, and He knows how to get you to where you need to go. He knows what you need, and He knows how to provide for you. All He asks is that you stay in faith and obey His Word. The Psalmist said, "I have been young and I have been old, but I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread." Remember, God is faithful! He's keeping watch over you. He's keeping watch over your family. He's keeping watch over His Word to bring it to pass in your life! Stand strong today knowing that you serve the God who sees and makes a way for you! A Prayer for Today

Live a Resurrected Life
Every person goes through adversities or times of difficulty. Maybe you didn't get a promotion you deserved, or you lost a loved one, a friend betrayed you. It's easy to get negative and bitter and lose your enthusiasm for life, but understand today, you are not defined by your past, you are prepared by your past. Every challenge you've been through, every adversity you've faced, God has deposited something on the inside of you. Your character was being developed. Strength was being increased. Your vision was being enlarged. With every difficulty, you can experience a new level of God's goodness!
You may have had unfair things happen, but remember, all things work together for good when you love the Lord! It doesn't say that all things are good, but God will turn your test into a testimony. No matter what challenge you may be facing now, no matter what you've experienced in your past, if you'll stay in faith God will turn it around for your good! Choose to have a resurrection mentality—you may have gone through an emotional death, and burial but it's time for you to rise again. God wants to give you His beauty for ashes, and joy for mourning. He wants to bring you out stronger, happier, healthier, better off than you were before!

Relationships are so important in the eyes of God. As His children, He desires that we live in unity and stay connected with one another. When we are transparent and pray for each other, something supernatural takes place. We open the door for God to pour out His abundant blessing and healing in our lives. When we walk in love and unity, our prayers become more effective and His power is released through us. Living in peace and unity doesn't mean you have to agree with everyone around you all the time. It means you look for common ground. It means you reach out to others; you pray for them and help meet their needs. When we put the needs of others first, God will make sure our own needs are abundantly supplied. When we live with a servant's heart towards others, it opens the door for God's complete healing, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. A Prayer for Today
Father in Heaven, thank You for revealing Your truth to my heart. I choose Your ways above my own and ask that you open opportunities for me to pray for others and open the door for your healing power. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

When You Pray

Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
Everyone has been hurt, offended, betrayed, and mistreated at some point. Sometimes those wounds are small and easy to move past, but other times they are deep and take time to heal. The important thing is that we choose to forgive so that we can open the door to God's forgiveness in our own lives.
Forgiveness is such a powerful tool. Forgiveness sets you free and draws you closer to your Heavenly Father. One of the first things my mother did when she found out she had stage four cancer of the liver was to ask the Lord to search her heart for any unforgiveness. She didn't want anything to block her prayers for God's healing. And now more than twenty years later, she still has a perfectly clean bill of health!
Whenever you pray, invite the Lord to search you heart. Choose to forgive anyone that has hurt you. As you walk in forgiveness, you'll experience His hand of blessing in ways you never thought possible and you will move forward in the abundant life He has in store for you.
A Prayer for Today
Father in Heaven, I invite you to search my heart and mind. I choose forgiveness so that I can receive your forgiveness in return. I love You and bless You today. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Seek to Do Good

In Galatians chapter five, the Bible talks about nine specific fruits of the Spirit. These are spiritual qualities that manifest in our lives when we allow Him to work in us. The more we invite God to move in our hearts and follow His Word, the more those attributes will be displayed through us. Kindness and goodness are two of those qualities. The Bible tells us that His kindness leads people to repentance. Kindness advances the kingdom of God. The more kindness and goodness we show other people, the more we are acting like God. The Bible tells us that what we sow, we shall reap. When we seek to do good for others, we will reap goodness in our own lives in return. I encourage you today to look for ways to show kindness and goodness to the people around you even when they aren't kind to you. Don't repay evil for evil. Take the high road. Bless those who wrongfully use you. Seek to do good, show kindness, and you will see it come back as blessings in your own life in return! A Prayer for Today
Heavenly Father, thank You for displaying Your character through me. I choose kindness and goodness so that I can honor You with my thoughts, words, and actions. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Make the choice to stay alive your whole life by keeping your dreams, purpose and goals in front of you. Remember, you have a specific destiny to fulfill created by Almighty God. You didn't just accidentally show up on planet earth. God knew you before you were formed in your mother's womb, and He has an assignment for you. You were created to make a difference—to impact our society—to make this world a better place.
On the inside of you right now, there are dreams and desires put there by the Creator of the universe. Don't let the pressures of life push those dreams down. Stir up those dreams. Stir up those gifts. Shake off every disappointment and press forward. This is a new day. Get a new vision. Make up your mind that no matter what comes your way, you're going to keep pressing forward. You're going to keep growing. You're going to keep learning. You're going to stay active. If you will stay passionate about life, knowing what your purpose is and being your best every day, you will find that you are living a way that generates such enthusiasm, that you are excited about life!

Please the Lord

What does it mean to please the Lord? In the book of Hebrews, it says that faith pleases God. Faith is simply believing that God is who He says He is, and that He rewards those who seek after Him. The Bible also tells us that faith without works is dead. In other words, we know that we have faith in our hearts because it impacts our actions. For example, when you go to sit down in your favorite chair, you probably don't stop and study it or wonder if it's going to hold you up. No, you have faith in that chair because you've probably sat in it hundreds of times. If you didn't have faith that the chair would hold you, you wouldn't sit down. Your actions are affected by your faith. In the same way, when we have faith in God, we follow His commands knowing He will fulfill His promises. Every believer has been given a measure of faith. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. The more we act on that faith, the more we will see His faithfulness and the more confidence we will have in Him! A Prayer for Today
Father in Heaven, my greatest desire is to please You in all things. Fill me with Your faith and revelation of Your Word so that I can stay close to You always. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

The God of Comfort

Oftentimes, when people face challenges, they seek comfort in things that are familiar. It may be work, or an activity, or relationships; and of course, we all know about "comfort food." But those things only bring temporary comfort. True comfort is found in a personal relationship with God in heaven through His Son, Jesus. According to Webster's dictionary, comfort means: to give strength and hope; to ease grief or trouble. No matter what difficulty you may be facing today, God wants to bring you comfort. Like a mother cares for her child, He longs to give you strength, hope, and confidence. Make the decision to put Him first in every area of your life. Let go of those things you know are holding you back. Let Him be Lord over all! As you surrender to His grace, you will be filled with His peace and joy. You'll be empowered to overcome every obstacle, and you will live in victory all the days of your life. A Prayer for Today
Father in heaven, I come to You today and invite You to fill my whole being. Give me Your comfort and strength and empower me by Your Holy Spirit to live in the victory You have planned for me. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Peace, Be Still

Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
What do you do when the storms of life seem to be raging against you? One time Jesus was with His disciples in a boat out on the water when they encountered a great storm. The disciples were very afraid, but Jesus on the other hand, was fast asleep. When the disciples woke Him up to see if He could help them, Jesus got up and simply spoke to the storm, "Peace! Be still." And the seas were calm again.
When difficult times come, you don't have to be overwhelmed by the waves of worry or fear. Just as Jesus stood up and spoke to the storm, you have power in your words, too. As a believer, the Bible tells us that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you. That means God's miracle-working power is on the inside of you. He's given you His authority to declare peace over your home, over your mind, and over your family. Remember, no matter what storms may come against you, the Greater One lives on the inside of you, and He'll empower you to live in victory in every area of your life! A Prayer for Today
Father in heaven, thank You for filling me with Your Holy Spirit and for giving me Your authority here on the earth. Today I declare peace over every area of my life and thank You for working things out for my good. In Jesus' Name.

Give Your Faith a Voice
Today's Scripture
"And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, 'I believed and therefore I spoke,' we also believe and therefore speak" (2 Corinthians 4:13 NKJ).
Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
Every believer has been given a measure of faith. In order to see the promises of God come to pass in your life, you have to give your faith a voice. You must declare what God says about you in His Word. Those seeds of faith inside you are activated when you speak them out into the atmosphere. That's why the scripture tells us, "Let the weak say I am strong. Let the poor say I am rich." When you give your faith a voice and send forth the Word of God out of your mouth, the Bible says that He watches over His Word to bring it to pass in your life.
Don't dig up your seed by speaking against His Word. Don't allow words of defeat or negativity to come out of your mouth. Instead, water your seed by continuing to declare the Word of God. When you wake up every morning, thank Him that His promises are coming to pass in your life. As you do, you will see those things come to pass, and you will live the life of victory God has prepared for you.
A Prayer for Today
Father in heaven, I humbly come before You giving You my thoughts, my actions, and my words. Help me to activate my faith by speaking Your Word daily. May my words and thoughts be pleasing to You always. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

In His Presence is Fullness

Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
Do you need something from the Lord today? The scripture tells us that Jesus came so that you could have life, and have it abundantly, or to the full. Everything you need, spiritually, physically, and emotionally is found in the presence of Almighty God. He wants to show you the path of life and pour out His abundance and favor on you. The scripture tells us that God inhabits the praises of His people. One translation says, "He is enthroned on the praises of His people." In other words, when you give God the praise, you invite Him to be Lord over every area of your life. You open the door for Him to exercise the fullness of His authority. You are opening the door to His fullness of peace, joy, love, and everything He has for you! You can praise God at anytime, anywhere. Just simply open your heart and begin to declare how wonderful and awesome He is! As your praise goes up, His blessing comes down. Remember, praise precedes the victory. As you worship, you'll experience His fullness and live as an overcomer all the days of your life! A Prayer for Today

Nothing Can Separate Us

"For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39).
Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
God's love goes way beyond any human love you have ever experienced! People may come and go from your life, but God is always with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Human love may be conditional, but God's love is supernatural; it's unconditional, and it knows no limits. There's nothing you can do to earn His love and nothing you can do to stop His love.
The scripture tells us that His love is patient and kind, His love believes the best in you. His love redeems and restores you. No matter what you've been told or what you may think about yourself today, you are His most prized possession. There's nothing that can separate you from His love! Remember, faith is activated by love. As you allow Him to flood you with His love, your faith will be ignited, and you'll be empowered to live the abundant life He has for you! A Prayer for Today

เราทุกคนมีสิ่งที่เรารู้สึกว่ามันเป็นข้อด้อย สิ่งที่ทำให้เราต้องลำบาก อาจจะเป็นบางสิ่งด้านร่างกาย หรือว่าสภาพแวดล้อมที่เราเติบโตขึ้นมา ความผิดหวังที่เคยเจอ แต่เพราะว่าคุณมี"ข้อด้อย" เพราะว่าที่คุณเคยผ่าน เวลาที่ยากลำบากมา ไม่ได้หมายความว่าคุณต้องถอยหลังและจมอยู่ที่ตรงนี้ พระเจ้ายังมีบางสิ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่สำหรับคุณ ให้คุณทำ คุณอาจจะไม่เหมือนคนอื่นๆ และไม่สามารถทำแบบคนอื่นๆได้ แต่ถ้าคุณจะคงอยู่ในความเชื่อและไม่รับสิ่งลบในชีวิตของคุณ และไม่คิดเชิงลบในอนาคต พระเจ้าจะเปลี่ยนสิ่งที่แย่เป็นคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ อะไรที่คุณคิดว่าเป็น ข้อด้อย พระเจ้าจะทำให้เป็นจุดเด่น มีคนหลายคนที่รอให้พระเจ้าโยกย้ายทุกสิ่งและทำให้อะไรๆดีเลิศเพื่อพวกเขาจะได้ตามความฝันและไปตามเป้าหมายในชีวิต ไม่เลยคุณต้องไปตามความฝันในตอนนี้เลย และทำให้ชีวิตเป็นชีวิตที่ไร้ข้อแก้ตัว จงถวายเกียรติแด่พระเจ้าด้วยสิ่งที่คุณมี พระเจ้ารู้ทุกเรื่องที่เราจะต้องเผชิญ ความลำบาก ความอ่อนแอความไม่เก่ง ไม่มีอะไรที่พระเจ้าไม่รู้เกี่ยวกับเราหรอก และหลายครั้ง อะไรที่คุณคิดว่าเป็นข้อด้อย พระเจ้าจะใช้เพื่อนำคุณไปสู่เป้าหมาย พระองค์จะนำหินขวางทางมาเป็นขั้นบันไดให้คุณเดินก้าวสูงขึ้นไป!
Living a no excuse Life
We all have things we feel could be a disadvantage, things that make it harder on us. It may not be something physical, it may be the way we were raised, a disappointment we went through, a setback. But just because you have a "disadvantage", just because you've been through a tough time, doesn't mean you're supposed to sit back and settle where you are. God still has something great for you to do. You may not look like everyone else and be able to do what others can do, but if you will stay in faith and not get negative toward yourself and toward your future, then what you think is a liability, God will turn around to be an asset. What you think is a disadvantage, God will turn around to be an advantage.
Too many people are waiting for God to remove everything and make them perfect before they pursue their dreams and go after their destiny. No, you need to go after your destiny right now and make the decision to live a no-excuse life. Honor God with what you have. God knew all the issues we would have to face, our struggles, our weaknesses, our inadequacies. We are no surprise to God. And many times what you think is a handicap is the very thing God will use to get you into your divine destiny. He'll take every stumbling block and turn it into a stepping stone!
หนุนใจตัวเองขึ้น
"และดาวิดก็เป็นทุกข์หนักเพราะประชาชนพูดกันว่าจะขว้างท่าน เสียด้วยก้อนหินด้วยจิตใจของประชาชนต่างก็ขมขื่นมาก เพราะบุตรชายและบุตรหญิงของเขา แต่ดาวิดก็มีกำลังขึ้นในพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน" (1 ซมอ. 30:6)

Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
It's good to have friends and family around to cheer you up when you're down, but in order to truly live in victory, that encouragement has to come from the inside. When your mind is telling you it's not worth it, when your circumstances seem difficult, deep down inside, your spirit has to have the resolve that says, "I refuse to settle where I am." That's what David had to do. He was facing a major setback. His family was killed, his city was destroyed, and his own people were now against him, but he still managed to encourage himself in the Lord. How did he do that? He replayed in his mind the victories from the past. He recounted God's faithfulness. As he rehearsed over and over the goodness of God, strength began to rise in his heart.
There are so many places you can see the hand of God at work. Thank Him for saving you today. Thank Him for the miracle of life. Thank Him for His faithfulness. Focus on the fact that God didn't bring you this far to leave you now. Stir up that inner strength and encouragement. As you do, you'll rise higher and higher and live the life of victory the Lord has prepared for you. A Prayer for Today
Father in heaven, thank You for Your faithfulness today. I choose to focus on You and the good things You have prepared for my future. I thank You for making a way out of no way, and I will bless You always. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
