ตั้งมาตรฐาน-Set the Standard

พระธรรมประจำวัน-Today's Verse:

 

ไม่ว่าท่านจะทำสิ่งใด  ก็จงทำด้วยความเต็มใจเหมือนกระทำถวายองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า  ไม่ใช่เหมือนกระทำแก่มนุษย์ โคโลสี 3:23

 

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men" (Colossians 3:23, NIV).

ในสังคมทุกวันนี้ คนมากมายคนเรามักยอมรับวิธีการที่เรียกได้ว่าเป็นความมักง่าย คนเราหาวิธีที่จะเลี่ยง หาทางที่จะทำอะไรให้ง่ายๆสบายๆ ซึ่งถ้าเจ้านายไม่คอยดูอยู่ เขาก็เล่นคอมพิวเตอร์ เขาไปทำงานก็เพียงเพื่อได้เงินเดือน และคิดว่าทำไมไม่ได้เลื่อนขั้นสักที ทำไมไม่ก้าวหน้า นั่นเป็นเพราะว่าพระเจ้าไม่ทรงอวยพรคนมักง่าย พระองค์อวยพระพรแด่คนที่ยอดเยี่ยม ดังนั้นไม่ว่าเราจะทำอะไรให้ทำอย่างเต็มที่เจ็มความสามารถของเรา

 

In today´s society, many people have accepted mediocrity as the norm. They do as little as they can to get by, always looking for the easy way out. If the boss isn´t watching, they´re playing on the computer. They simply go to work to pick up a paycheck, and then wonder why they´re not promoted and don´t see increase. It´s because God doesn´t bless mediocrity, He blesses excellence. Whatever we do, we should do it to the best of our ability.

 

เราควรจะตั้งมาตรฐาน จำไว้ว่าเรากำลังทำงานถวายแด่พระเจ้า ผู้ทรงประทานความสามารถและพรสรรค์ให้เรา เราเป็นผู้อารักขาของประทานที่พระเจ้าให้ไว้กับเรา คนอื่นอาจจะมาทำงานสาย อาจจะบ่น อาจจะมักง่าย แต่เราอย่าไปทำตามพวกเขา เรากำลังทำงายให้พระเจ้าผู้ยิ่งใหญ่ เราถูกเรียกให้เป็นคนยอดเยี่ยม

 

We should set the standard. Remember, we are ultimately working for the Lord. He´s the one who put those talents and abilities in us. We are stewards of the gifts He´s given. Other people may show up late. They may complain. They may cut corners. But don´t sink down to their level–you are working for Almighty God. You are called to excellence.

 

ขอหนุนใจให้คุณตั้งใจ จดจ่อ ไม่ว่าคุณจะเป็นพนักงานเสริฟ คนขับรถ สถาปนิก ตำรวจ หรือว่าผู้บริหาร ให้ทำงานให้ดีที่สุดตามความสามารถของคุณ และพระเจ้าเป็นผู้ที่นำการเลื่อนขั้นมาให้คุณ เมื่อคุณตั้งมาตรฐานขึ้น พระองค์จะเลื่อนระดับคุณขึ้นไปและเทพระพรของพระองค์ลงมาในทุกด้านของชีวิตของคุณ

 

I encourage you today, stay determined. Stay focused. Whether you´re a waitress, a truck driver, an architect, a police officer, or a CEO, do it to the best of your ability. God is the one who brings promotion. When you set the standard, He´ll raise you up and pour out His blessing in every area of your life!

พระเจ้าพระบิดา ลูกขอตั้งมาตรฐาน ลูกรู้แล้วว่าทุกงานที่ลูกทำก็เพื่อพระองค์ โปรดนำลูกเข้าใกล้พระองค์ด้วยฤทธิ์เดชของพระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์ และช่วยลูกให้ก้าวหน้าต่อไปในทุกด้านของชีวิต ในพระนามพระเยซู เอเมน

 

Father in heaven, today I choose to set the standard. I recognize that the work I do is for You. Keep me close to You by the power of the Holy Spirit and help me to rise up higher in every area of my life. In Jesus´ Name. Amen.

จงเตือนเขาให้นอบน้อมต่อเจ้าบ้านผ่านเมือง  ให้เชื่อฟังและพร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติงานสัมมาอาชีพใดๆ ทิตัส 3:1

 

"Remind people to be submissive to [their] magistrates and authorities, to be obedient, to be prepared and willing to do any upright and honorable work" (Titus 3:1, AMP).

คุณได้ถวายเกียรติแด่พระเจ้าด้วยวิธีใด หลายครั้งที่คนเราคิดว่า "ฉันไปโบสถ์ก็เป็นการถวายเกียรติพระเจ้า ฉันอ่านพระคัมภีร์ก็ถวายเกียรติพระเจ้า ฉันร้องเพลงสรรเสริญพระเจ้าก็ถวายเกียรติพระเจ้า" ซึ่งจริงๆก็ใช่ที่ว่าสิ่งกล่าวมาก็เป็นการถวายเกียรติพระเจ้า แต่ว่าคุณจะถวายเกียนติพระเจ้าอย่างมากหากว่าคุณไปทำงานตรงเวลา ถวายเกียรติด้วยการทำงานอย่างขยันขันแข็ง และให้เกียรติต่อเจ้านายของคุณ คุณถวายเกียรติพระเจ้าเมื่อคุณสำเร็จในหน้าที่การงานของคุณ

 

In what ways do you honor God? A lot of times, people think "I go to church to honor God. I read my Bible to honor God. I sing and clap to honor God." And yes, those are ways to honor God, but did you know that you honor God just as much when you get to work on time? You honor God when you are productive each day and honor the people in authority over you. You honor God when you excel in your career. 

 

ทั้งนี้เพราะว่าการกระทำเสียงดังกว่าคำพูด เมื่อคุณทำงานอย่างดีที่สุดในที่ทำงาน ก็เท่ากับว่าคุณได้ถวายสรรเสริญแด่พระเจ้า และเป็นคำพยานที่ดีที่สุดของคุณ ขอให้คุณแสดงทัศนคติที่ดี ให้ความเป็นมิตร มีระเบียบ เป็นคนที่ดีที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นได้ และคนทั้งหลายจะมองเห็นความแตกต่างในชีวิตของคุณ พวกเขาจะอยากได้ในสิ่งที่คุณมี

 

Actions speak louder than words. When you give your very best in the workplace, your whole life is giving praise to God–it´s one of the best witnesses you could ever have. Just showing up with a good attitude, friendly, organized, being your best–people will notice there´s something different about you. They´ll want what you have.

 

ในฐานะผู้เชื่อ เราควรจะกำหนดมาตรฐานสำหรับทุกด้านในชีวิตของเรา คนอื่นจะเห็นตัวตนที่แท้จริงของคุณ และเห็นวิญญาณแห่งความเป็นเลิศของคุณ และรู้ว่าคุณเป็นลูกของพระเจ้าผู้ยิ่งใหญ่สูงสุด จงตัดสินใจที่จะถวายเกียรติพระเจ้าในทุกสิ่งที่คุณทำเพราะว่าคุณคือตัวแทนของพระองค์ในโลกนี้

 

As believers, we should set the standard in all areas of life. People should see the depth of your character and your spirit of excellence and know that you are a child of the Most High God. Make the decision to honor Him in all that you do because you are His representative in the earth today!

พระเจ้าพระบิดา ลูกขอถวายเกียรติพระองค์ในทุกสิ่งที่ลูกทำ ลูกตัดสินใจที่จะสร้างมาตรฐานในทุกด้านและทำให้ดีที่สุด ขอบคุณพระองค์ที่ให้เกียรติลูกได้เป็นตัวแทนของพระองค์ ลูกรักพระองค์และขอสรรเสริญพระองค์ ในพระนามพระเยซู เอเมน

 

Father in heaven, I choose to honor You in all that I do. I choose to set the standard and do my very best. Thank You for the privilege to be Your representative. I love You and bless You! In Jesus´ Name. Amen.

พระธรรมประจำวัน-Today's Verse: 

 

คนที่สัตย์ซื่อในของเล็กน้อยที่สุดจะสัตย์ซื่อในของมากด้วย และคนที่อสัตย์ในของเล็กน้อยที่สุดจะอสัตย์ในของมากเช่นกัน ลูกา 16:10

 

"He who is faithful in a very little [thing] is faithful also in much, and he who is dishonest and unjust in a very little [thing] is dishonest and unjust also in much" (Luke 16:10, AMP).

 

คำหนุนใจประจำวัน-Today's Word:

 

มีคนมากมายที่ไม่ได้สัมผัสความโปรดปรานจากพระเจ้า ทั้งๆที่เขาควรจะได้ นั่นเพราะ เขาไม่ได้ผ่านการทดสอบที่เรียกว่า การทดสอบย่อย เราเองต้องเป็นคนที่สัตย์ซื่อในสิ่งเล็กน้อยในชีวิตของเราก่อน แล้ว พระเจ้าจึงจะวางใจเราในสิ่งใหญ่ได้

 

Many people today are not experiencing God´s favor like they should simply because they´re not passing what I call, the small test. We have to be faithful with the little things in our lives before God will entrust us with bigger things.

 

อย่างเช่น การเป็นคนที่ยอดเยี่ยมในที่ทำงาน ซึ่งอาจไม่ใช่การทำอะไรใหญ่โต แต่ว่าอาจจะเป็นการที่ยอมออกจากบ้านเร็วขึ้นสิบนาทีเพื่อที่จะได้ถึงที่ทำงานได้ทันเวลา อาจจะเป็นการไม่บ่นเมื่อเจ้านายขอร้องให้คุณทำงานบางอย่างให้ หรือว่าอาจจะเป็นการที่คุณไม่ใช้เวลาของที่ทำงานไปทำธุรกิจส่วนตัว

 

For example, being excellent in the workplace for you may not mean some huge adjustment. It may just mean leaving ten minutes earlier so you can get to work on time. It may mean not complaining when your supervisor asks you to do something. It may mean not making personal phone calls on company time.

 

คุณเองอาจจะคิดว่า นี่แค่เล็กน้อยเอง ไม่ใครรู้หรอก มันไม่เป็นไรหรอกน่า แต่ว่าพระคัมภีร์บอกเราว่า เจ้าจิ้งจอกตัวเล็กนั่นทำลายสวนองุ่น อย่าได้ยอมให้สิ่งเล็กน้อยมาทำให้คุณเองพลาดสิ่งใหญ่ที่พระเจ้าเตรียมไว้ให้คุณ เพราะว่านี่เป็นเวลาที่จ้องก้าวไปสูงขึ้น เป็นคนที่สัตย์ซื่อ แม้ว่าไม่มีใครมองดูอยู่ก็ตาม

 

You might think, "It´s just a small thing. Nobody knows. It´s not hurting anything." But the Scripture says, "It´s the little foxes that spoil the vines." Don´t let the seemingly small things keep you from the big things God has in store. No, it´s time to come up higher. It´s time to be faithful, even when nobody´s looking.

 

ขอให้คุณเลือกที่จะก้าวไปอีกระดับ จงเลือกที่จะสัตย์ซื่อในสิ่งเล็กน้อย และพระเจ้าจะอวยพรคุณให้ได้ด฿แลสิ่งที่ใหญ่ขึ้น

 

I encourage you today to make the decision to come up higher. Choose to be faithful with the little things so that God can bless you and make you ruler over much!

พระบิดาในสวรรค์ ลูกขอตั้งใจที่จะสัตย์ซื่อในทุกสิ่ง ลูกขอกลับใจเดี๋ยวนี้ในสิ่งที่ลูกได้ทำลงไป และมันทำให้พระองค์ไม่พอพระทัย และโปรดให้พระวิญญาของพระองค์ช่วยลูกด้วยให้ลูกได้ไปอีกระดับ เพื่อพร้อมที่จะรับพระพรที่พระองค์เตรียมไว้ให้ลูก ในพระนามพระเยซู เอเมน

 

Heavenly Father, I choose to be faithful in all things. I repent right now for anything that I´ve done that has been displeasing to You. Help me by Your Holy Spirit to rise up higher so that I can be ready to embrace all You have for me. In Jesus´ Name. Amen.

จงให้ความสว่างของท่านส่องไปต่อหน้าคนทั้งปวงอย่างนั้น เพื่อว่าเขาได้เห็นความดีที่ท่านทำ และจะได้สรรเสริญพระบิดาของท่านผู้ทรงอยู่ในสวรรค์ มัทธิว 5:16

 

"Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16, AMP).

ผู้คนรอบข้างเค้าได้เห็นแสงสว่างจากคุณบ้างหรือเปล่า พวกเขารู้ไหมว่าคุณเป็นผู้เชื่อโดยดูจากการกระทำของคุณ คุณเป็นคนที่สร้างมาตรฐานชีวิตให้ที่ทำงานของคุณหรือเปล่า คนอื่นได้เห็นว่าคุณทำอะไรดีๆบ้างไหม มีบางคนที่ท่องจำพระคัมภีร์ได้ครึ่งเล่ม อธิษฐานวันละสองชั่วโมง แต่ว่าเขาไม่ได้มีบทบาทหรือว่ามีความน่าเชื่อถือเลยเพราะว่า ในที่ทำงานเขาเป็นแค่คนไม่เอาไหน เขามักมาทำงานสาย อู้งาน ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ และแน่นอนม่มีใครจะสนใจสิ่งที่เขาพูดหรอก

 

Do the people around you see your light shining? Do they know you are a believer by your actions? Are you setting the bar in your office? Can people see your good works?  I know people who can quote half the Bible and pray two hours a day, but they have no influence or credibility because they´re sloppy in the workplace. They´re always late or wasting time. They´re not productive. They´re not efficient. No one will even listen to them.

 

และก็มีบางคนบอกไว้ว่า "ผลการทำงานของคุณจะทำให้คุณได้ดี" เมื่อคุณตั้งใจทำงานไม่ว่างานของคุณจะเป็นอะไร คุณจะได้รับความสนใจจากคนรอบข้าง และหนทางที่จะได้รับความนับถือ และทำให้คุณมีอิทธิพล ก็คือการที่คุณพัฒนาบุคลิกลักษณะและความสามารถในแบบที่คนอื่นคาดหวังว่าคุณจะมี คนเขาไม่สนใจว่าคุณเชื่อในอะไรหรอก เว้นแต่ว่าคุณจะเป็นคนเก่งและ ดีที่สุดในบริษัทของคุณ เพราะว่านั่นเป็นสิ่งที่เขาไม่อาจจะปฏิเสธได้ คุณจะได้รับความนับถือ ไม่ใช่โดยทางคำพูดของคุณ แต่โดยหัวใจแห่งความยอดเยี่ยม

 

I heard somebody say, "Your performance gives you a platform." When you excel in what you do, that gets people´s attention. The way to gain respect, the way to gain influence is to develop your character and skills in such a way that people want what you have. They may not agree with what you believe, but when you are the best in your company, they can´t argue with that. You´ve earned their respect, not by your words, but by your spirit of excellence. 

 

ขอหนุนใจให้คุณอย่าได้ท้อใจ คุณเป็นลูกของพระเจ้าที่ยิ่งใหญ่สูงสุด จงส่องสว่างและนำพระสิริมาแด่พระเจ้าในทุกสิ่งที่คุณทำ

 

I encourage you today, don´t settle for mediocrity. You are a child of the Most High God. Make the decision today to let your light shine and bring Him glory in everything you do!

Heavenly Father, I choose to let my light shine so that I can bring glory to You. Help me to rise up higher; show me ways to set the standard. Let my life be a testimony of You. In Jesus´ Name. Amen.
