ชีวิตที่ครบบริบูรณ์

“เราได้มาเพื่อเขาทั้งหลายจะได้ชีวิต และจะได้อย่างครบบริบูรณ์” ยน.10:10

เรากำลังใช้ชีวิตที่ครบบริบูรณ์ในแบบที่พระเยซูทรงลงมาในโลกเพื่อให้เราอยู่หรือเปล่า? เราอาจจะไม่ได้มีบ้านหลังใหญ่ที่สุด หรือรถรุ่นใหม่ล่าสุด แต่ว่าพระเจ้าทรงสัญญาจะให้ชีวิตที่ครบบริบูรณ์แก่เรา ชีวิตที่ครบบริบูรณ์ของพระองค์อยู่นอกเหนือจากสิ่งต่างๆที่เราสามารถเห็นได้ในโลก ชีวิตที่ครบบริบูรณ์หมายถึงกรที่เรามีสันติสุขแม้ท่ามกล่างมรสุมชีวิต เรามีความชื่นชมยินดีแม้ในความไม่แน่นอนของสถานการณ์รอบข้าง เรามีความหวังในสถานการณ์ที่เหมือนว่าสิ้นหวังไปแล้ว เราสามารถใช้ชีวิตและมีความสุขกับมันอย่างเต็มที่ในทุกๆวัน เพราะว่าเรามีพระเจ้าพระผู้สร้าง ผู้ให้กำเนิดชีวิตอยู่เคียงช้างเรา บางครั้งมันเป็นการง่ายที่จะอ่านพระคำตอนนี้แล้วคิดว่า “พระเจ้าคงจะให้ชีวิตที่ครบบริบูรณ์ของพระองค์แก่ฉันสักวัน” แต่ว่าความจริงคือพระเจ้าต้องการให้เรามีชีวิตที่ครบบริบูรณ์ในวันนี้ ตอนนี้ และทุกๆวัน ชีวิตของเราจะเป็นยิ่งกว่าคำว่าพอใจ และเต็มล้นไปด้วยหนทางที่บริบูรณ์ทุกอย่างที่พระเจ้ามอบให้เรา

อธิษฐาน

พระเจ้า ลูกรู้ว่าพระองค์ต้องการให้สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดแก่ลูก ขอบคุณสำหรับพระสัญญาแห่งชีวิตที่ครบบริบูรณ์แก่ลูก ซึ่งเริ่มตั้งแต่ในชีวิตในโลกใบนี้ โปรดสอนลูกที่จะแบ่งปันความบริบูรณ์นี้แก่คนอื่นๆ ลูกรักพระองค์และขอสรรเสริญพระองค์ ในพระนามพระเยซู เอเมน

Today's Word from Joel and Victoria

Are you living the abundant life Jesus came to give you? You may not have the biggest house or newest car, but God promises abundant life for you. His abundant life goes way beyond the things we can see in the natural. His abundant life means that you can have peace in the midst of a storm. You can have joy when things are uncertain. You can have hope when circumstances seem hopeless. You can live and enjoy life to the fullest every single day because you have the Creator of Life on the inside of you. Sometimes is easy to look at this verse and think, "God is going to give me abundant life some day" but the truth is, God wants you to have an abundant life TODAY. Ask the Lord to show you His true abundance today. Ask Him to show you His abundant favor, blessing, and peace. As you focus on God's abundance today and everyday, your life will feel more satisfying and you will be overflowing in His abundance the way God intended!

A Prayer for Today

God, I know that You want the best for me. Thank you for your promise of abundant life on this earth. Teach me to share your abundance with others. I love you and bless you today. In Jesus' Name, amen.

ตอนนี้พระเจ้ากำลังทำสิ่งใหม่ในชีวิตของเรา แล้ว เราเห็นไหมว่าพระองค์กำลังทำสิ่งใหม่นั้นอยู่? บางครั้งเราอาจจะเห็นว่าพระหัตถ์ของพระเจ้ากำลังเคลื่อนไหวและในบางครั้งเราอาจจะเห็นแต่ปัญหามากมายเต็มไปหมด ไม่ว่าเราจะเป็นยังไง แต่วันนี้ให้เราเพ่งมองไปที่ความจริงที่ว่าพระเจ้าทรงกำลังทำงานภายในเรา พระองค์ทำงานอยู่เบื้องหลังความเป็นมาเป็นไปของเรา เราสามารถที่จะวางใจในพระเจ้าเพาะว่าพระองค์ทรงสัตย์ซื่อและจะสัตย์ซื่อตลอดไป แผนการของพระเจ้าสำหรับเราคือการอวยพระพรเรา แผนการของพระองค์คือการให้อนาคตและความหวังใจแก่เรา แผนการของพระเจ้าคือการทำสิ่งใหม่ๆในชีวิตของเรา พระคัมภีร์กล่าวไว้ง่า พระเจ้ารงพอพระทัยเมื่อเราแสวงหาพระองค์และพระประสงค์ของพระองค์ ให้เราทูลขอพระเจ้าที่จะทรงสำแดงแผนการของพระองค์แก่เรา ขอพระเจ้าที่จะสำแดงให้เราเห็นความโปรดปรานและพระพรที่พระองค์มีต่อเรา ในขณะที่เราคิดถึงวันเก่าๆที่ผ่านไปและเปิดใจเพื่อดูว่าพระเจ้ากำลังทำอะไรอยู่ในชีวิตของเรา เราจะก้าวต่อไปข้างหน้าในชัยชนะและรับเอา “สิ่งใหม่” ที่พระเจ้าจัดเตรียมไว้ให้เราอย่างมากมาย

Can you see the "brand new thing" God is doing in your life? Sometimes we can see the hand of God moving, and sometimes the storms of life cloud can our vision. No matter where you are in life today, focus on this truth that God is working on your behalf behind the scenes! You can trust Him because He has always been faithful, and He always will be. His plan for you today is blessing. His plan is to give you a future and a hope. His plan is to do a new thing in your life. The bible says that it pleases God when we seek Him and His will. Ask the Lord to show His plan for you today. Ask Him to show
you His favor and blessing. As you let go of the thoughts of the past and open your heart to what God is doing today, you will step forward in victory and take hold of the "brand new thing" God has in store for you!

Freedom Through Forgiveness

“Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall
not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven” (Luke 6:37,

Did you know that the ability to forgive others is a gift from God?
The Bible tells us that if we don't forgive others, we cannot be
forgiven. Unforgiveness blocks the ability for God to work in your
life. When you choose to forgive, you are choosing God's way and
opening the door for Him to heal your life. Forgiveness does not
mean that what the other person did was right, or that you even have
to get back into a relationship with that person. Forgiveness simply
releases the debt they owe you so that God can release the debt you
owed Him. Ask the Lord to search your heart and show you if there is
any unforgiveness blocking His blessing in your life. Ask Him to show you more about this gift of forgiveness so that you can walk in the freedom and blessing God has for you today.
A Prayer for Today
God, thank you for the gift of forgiveness that opens the door for you to move in my heart. Search my heart today and help me to truly forgive others. Fill me with your love and peace, and thank you for forgiving me so that I can be free. In Jesus' Name, amen.

Strength to Conquer

“They did not conquer by their own strength and skill, but by your mighty power and because you smiled upon them and favored them” Psalm 44:3 (TLB).
Today's Word from Joel and VictoriaDo you need God's strength to conquer something in your life today? Maybe you need strength on your job, or to overcome an addiction. Maybe you need strength to deal with a difficult person in the office. No matter what you may be facing, God desires to give you His supernatural strength in every situation. It's interesting that in this verse that it says, "because God smiled upon them and favored them."
Did you know that simply calling on God causes Him to smile on you? Because you are His child, you have His favor! God loves to show Himself strong on your behalf. When you open your heart to the Lord and ask Him to forgive you for doing things your own way, He will forgive you! Best of all, God chooses to forget your past mistakes! It doesn’t matter what happened yesterday, today is a new day. Don't let the enemy's lies keep you powerless. Be strong in the Lord knowing that He is with you, smiling upon you and showering you with His favor. As you meditate on this promise, you will be strengthened to overcome every obstacle, and you will live a life of victory! A Prayer for Today

ของพระองค์สำหรับชีวิตของเราทุกวัน พระเจ้าต้องการที่จะมีส่วน

Brighter Days Ahead

Are you facing a situation that seems dark today? As a believer, God promises that your path will shine brighter and brighter as you seek His Truth and righteousness in every situation. What is righteousness? Righteousness is simply being in "right standing" with God. Being in "right standing" with God is about submitting your life to Him. It's about obeying His commands and seeking His plan for your life on a daily basis. God wants to be involved in every detail of your life. It pleases Him when you come to Him. It pleases Him when
you study your Bible and talk to Him in prayer. And just as the increasing light of the sun helps you see better in the natural, the increasing light of God's Word will guide you in every decision you have to make. No matter what you may be facing today, take time to ask the Lord to shine His light on your thoughts. Ask Him to confirm His plan for you today. Ask Him to shine the light of His Word in your heart so that you can clearly see the next step to take. As you continue pursuing His Truth and Righteousness, you will experience more of His blessings and live the life of abundance that He has in store for you!

A Prayer for Today

God, I know that You have a wonderful plan and purpose for me. I want to be in "right standing" with You today. Show me your ways and teach me to walk righteously before you. Shine your light in my heart and give me strength and wisdom to pursue the path You have in-store for me. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

ใบไม้ร่วงปลิวว่อน และบางทีกิ่งไม้ก็หัก แม้แต่ต้นไม้ก็อาจจะ
ถูกลมพัดเพื่อถอนรอกถอนโคนกันเลยทีเดียว แต่ว่ารากของต้นไม้
เป็นสิ่งปกป้องต้นไม้จาก สภาวะอากาศด้วยดารฝังรากลึกในดิน
เหมือนในชีวิตของเรา ถ้าความคิดของเราไม่เหมือนกับแนวทางของ
พระเจ้า เราจะกลายเป็นคนที่เปราะบาง พร้อมจะพังทลายได้เสมอ
หากมีอะไรมากระทบ แต่หากความคิดของเราตรงกับแนวทางของ
พระเจ้าแล้ว พระเจ้า จะทรงเพาะรากแห่งความเที่ยงธรรมภายในเรา
เราจะเป็นผู้ที่ตั้งมั่นคงอยู่ ความคิดของเราจะชัดแจ้ง กระทั่งเราเข้ม

Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
Do you ever feel tossed around by the storms of life? Have you ever seen a tree in a hurricane? The winds and the rain blow the leaves from the branches, and sometimes the branches are torn off, or the tree is blown over. But the tree's roots are protected from the weather by being firmly established in the ground. The same is true in our lives. If our thinking is not in line with the Word of God, we become vulnerable during the difficult times. But when our thoughts are in line with God's thoughts, He plants a righteous root within us. We become firmly established. Our thinking becomes clear so we can be strong and overcome the storms of life. God wants you to be solid. He
wants you to be steady. He wants you to have an established life and character. He wants your roots to grow deep in His Word. He wants you to be righteous in Him. Ask the Lord today to show any areas of your thought life that might need to be firmly planted in God's Word. As you develop your relationship with the Lord you will grow deep spiritual roots and stand victoriously against the storms of life.
A Prayer for Today
Heavenly Father, thank you for your plan for my life today. Help me to grow deep roots in you. Cause my thoughts to be your thoughts so that I will be strong and established. Thank you for your favor and blessing in my life today. In Jesus' Name, amen.

เราเคยรู้บ้างไหมว่าการที่เรามีสุขภาพที่ดีขึ้นสามารถทำให้เราเข้าใกล้พระเจ้าได้ง่ายขึ้น ใช่เลยสิ่งนี้เป็นความจริง เมื่อเราอยู่ในสภาพร่างกายที่สมบูรณ์ เราก็มีความพร้อมมาก ที่จะสัมผัสประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินชีวิตกับพระเจ้าในทุกแง่ทุกมุม พระเจ้าทรงสัญญาว่าพระองค์จะเข้าใกล้เราเมื่อเราเข้าใกล้พระองค์ แต่ว่า เรา จะเข้าใกล้พระเจ้ามากขึ้นได้อย่างไร เราสามารถทำได้ด้วยการทำส่วนของเราที่จะติดต่อกับพระองค์ และ มอบใจของเราให้พระองค์ มันง่ายมากไม่ว่าจะทำโดย การอ่านพระคัมภีร์ อธิษฐาน หรือ เลือกวิถีชีวิตแห่งสุขภาพดี ยิ่งเราเข้าใกล้พระเจ้ามากเท่าไร เรายิ่งจะสัมผัสกับความรักและพระพรของพระองค์มากเท่านั้น

Did you know that getting yourself in better physical condition can actually make it easier for you to mover closer to God? It's true! When you're at your peak physical condition, you are more prepared to experience God in a very personal way. God promises that He will draw close to you when you draw closer to Him - which leads us to ask the question: How can we draw closer to God? You can accomplish this by doing your part to communicate to God and giving your heat to Him. This can be as simple as reading your Bible, praying or even choosing to live a healthy lifestyle. The closer you become to God, the more you will experience His love and blessings.

A Prayer for Today

God, thank You for drawing close to me even when I don't draw close to you. Give me the strength to serve You and walk closer to You this day. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

คนทั่งๆไปกินน้ำตาลปีละ 400 กิโลกรัม ซึ่งมากกว่าน้ำหนักเฉลี่ยของพวกเรา ดังนั้นไม่ต้องสงสัยเลยว่ามีทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่หลายต่อหลายคนที่มีสุขภาพไม่ดี ในพระธรรมสุภาษิตบทที่ 25 สอนเราถึงว่าการกินน้ำผึ้ง(หรือว่าน้ำตาล)มากเกินไป อาจเกิดผลเสียต่อร่างกายของเราได้ การควบคุมการกินน้ำตาลของเราให้พอเพียง เป็นสิ่งที่ดีและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และเราจะได้มีชีวิตที่ยืนยาวและสุขภาพดี ให้เราใช้ชีวิตอย่างฉลาดและปลอดภัยภายใต้ขอบเขตของพระคำของพระเจ้าที่พระองค์ทรงประทานให้เรา ให้เรามีความสุขกับชีวิต และติดตามพระองค์ ทำตามน้ำพระทัยพระองค์เพื่อเราจะได้มีสุขภาพที่ดี ไม่ขัดสน และมีสติปัญญา

Today's Word from Joel and Victoria

The average person consumes about 175 pounds of sugar every year. That is more than the body weight of an average American, so it's no wonder that so many adults and children are unhealthy. Proverbs 25 tells us that eating too much honey (or sugar) can be detrimental to our health. Controlling the amount of sugar you eat is a simple and healthy principle that can add years to your life and health to your years. Live wisely and safely within the bounds that God has given you in His Word. Enjoy life and have fun, but follow the rules that God gives you to be healthy, wealthy and wise!

A Prayer for Today

God, give me strength to keep myself healthy for You as well as for my own blessing and benefit in enjoying the life You gave me. Thank You for giving me wisdom and guidance from the Bible. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Food can change people, or it can affect on the way they act. Though you may not have considered this, certain foods can alter some people - often negatively. God made food as a pleasant blessing for sustaining life on this earth, but you can't take this too far and let it change your whole persona. A little child can blossom into an angel when she fills her hungry stomach - or turn grouchy monster when her tummy is empty. If you want to perform properly for God, you must fuel your body with the right things and avoid those foods that have unsavory effects on you. God did not make the body to survive without food - but be healthy and wise in your eating decisions, because this honors the Lord.
A Prayer for Today
God, I want to thank You today for my daily bread. My prayer is to learn to use food properly and wisely to be at my best for You. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

It's difficult to look ahead far enough to realize everything that God has waiting for us in eternity. Most of us have a tough enough time planning ahead to next week. Thinking about things like that is somewhat daunting, no matter how hard we try. Perhaps you should adopt the outlook that is suggested in today's verse. The Hebrews didn't complain even when their physical possessions were taken away from them for being Christians, because they knew they had something far better waiting in heaven. As Christians, we believe we could live in a much different manner if we were truly aware of everything waiting for us in heaven. So let's adjust our thinking to get a heavenly perspective on our earthly lives.

A Prayer for Today

God, thank You for giving me eternal life with You - and untold blessings besides! Help me to live today in light of my future in heaven with You. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

A famous doctor once said, “It is easier to maintain good health than it is to try to regain your health once you've lost it.” So please make taking care of your body a priority, and do not allow yourself to fall off the edge of health. If you want to be used for by God here on this earth, you should maintain your instrument. Though God is in complete control, you have the responsibility to take care of your body daily. Eating in an unhealthy manner may or may not be a sin, but it is certainly at least a bad idea because God wants you to keep you holy temple clean for Him and His use. Instead of relying on your own wisdom, listen to God and follow His call to keep yourself healthy.

God, thank You that You care so much about my spiritual and my physical health. I ask today for the commitment I need to be at my best for You in every area of my life. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Make Health a Priority

“Dear friend, I am praying that all is well with you and that your body is as
healthy as I know your soul is” 3 John 2 (TLB).
Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
All of us have prioritized our lives in some form or fashion, whether
consciously or unconsciously. Maybe you don't do it purposefully, but you
organize your life based on a hierarchy of needs and interests. The Bible
makes it clear that maintaining physical health should be one of the highest
priorities for us. God created you to be active, healthy and ready for what
He has for you. God has great things planned for you, but you won't be able
to accomplish them if you're unhealthy and unprepared. The apostle John wrote
to a close friend and made sure that he knew physical health was just as
essential as spiritual health. Being physically health is not just a good
idea - it's a good spiritual idea!

A Prayer for Today

God, I know that my physical health is of importance to You as well as my
spiritual health. I want to dedicate my body to Your service and glory, so
please help me to be in the best physical condition possible. In Jesus' Name.

Some people believe they need a miracle to get on track with God, but many times that is just not true. That doesn't mean we should completely dismiss the value of miracles, but God's impact can be much simpler than that. All that you may need to get right with God is a lifestyle change. For instance, are you at that place in life where you're just going through the routines of the day, but your life isn't really going where you want it to go? You may need a minor lifestyle shift, not a miraculous wonder, but an adjustment that will put you where God wants you to be. Pray to God for guidance, read His Word and see what He tells you. Make sure you're doing your part, such as exercising your body, strengthening your faith, getting sleep and being prepared. When you trust God and do what you already know He wants you to do, you put you position yourself for the divine.

God, please show me if I need a lifestyle change to get on track with You. Guide me today as I seek Your wisdom and strength to make a change. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Sharing your faith in God is like exercising. Neither may sound too attractive to you, but both are necessary. In order to stay healthy and in shape, you have to be active and get out of the house to exercise your body. Witnessing is similar, because in order for you to have a healthy spiritual life, you have to leave the house or the church and activate your faith. Research shows that a sedentary lifestyle is not healthy, and a sedentary Christian life is one that is sadly out of shape. God created you to be happy and healthy, but you can't accomplish this in your living room! Get out there today and remain active in sharing the Good News. You'll be glad you did when you're not only healthier and more blessed, but when you lead someone to Christ!

A Prayer for Today

God, I know that I can't live a healthy Christian life without being actively involved in witnessing. Give me strength to share Your love with another person this week. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Did you know that the human body is designed to heal itself? Many problems are easily healed if the body is prepared. You may constantly struggle with some physical problem, but perhaps you just need to live healthier and see the results that may emerge. Of course, not everything is healed by the body, but God has promised to heal you and bless you if you're faithful and you're in the right position for healing. Just examine your daily habits and lifestyle to see if there's anything that you could do more faithfully. That sure sounds easy, but it takes a true commitment to make it happen. But getting yourself in the right position is important to receive God's blessings and healing.

God, thank You for Your promise to bless me and heal me. May I have the strength and dedication to deal with my problem areas and be ready for Your blessings. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

ในวันนี้ ผมอยากจะเน้นย้ำให้เราทุกคนเข้าใจถึงความสำคัญในการที่จะรับใช้พระเจ้าอย่างเสมอต้นเสมอปลาย และที่จะไม่เลิก ไม่หมดหวังต่อพระเจ้า เพราะว่าพระองค์ไม่เคยที่จะหมดหวังกับเราเลย ผู้เชื่อบางคนอาจจะมีนิสัยในการอยู่เพื่อตนเอง และไม่ถวายเกียรติแด่พระเจ้า แต่ว่าอย่าให้สถานการณ์รอบข้างของเราทำให้เราถอดใจ และเลิกที่จะมาร่วมประชุมกันกับผู้เชื่อคนอื่นๆ เพื่อ นมัสการและสามัคคีธรรม คริสตจักรนั้นเป็นจุดศูนญืกลางของแผนการของพระเจ้าในทุกวันนี้ พระเจ้าทรงต้องการอวยพระพรเรา ไม่เพียงสำหรับแต่ละบุคคลเท่านั้น แต่ว่าต้องการอวยพรเราทุกคนที่มาประกอบกันเป็นพระกายของพระคริสต์ เมื่อเราเสมอต้นเสมอปลายในการนมัสการ คนอื่นๆจะได้รับการหนุนใจจากสิ่งที่เราทำด้วย และทำให้เค้าสามารถมีความเสมอต้นเสมอปลายได้ และสิ่งนี้เป็นการเริ่มต้น ปรากฏการณ์ โดมิโน ในฝ่ายวิญญาณ(ส่งผลที่ดี ต่อ เนื่องกันไป แบบ เวลาที่เราล้มตัวโดมิโน : ผู้แปล) ดังนั้น ให้เรายังคงทำงานต่อไป แจกจ่ายความรักต่อไป และนมัสการพระเจ้าร่วมกับผู้เชื่อคนอื่นๆอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

Today, we would like to impress upon you the importance of consistently in serving God. Never, never give up on Him, because He never gives up on you! Some believers may be in the habit of living for themselves and dishonoring God, but don't let your circumstances cause you to become discouraged and give up on meeting together with other believers for worship and fellowship. The church is the center of God's plan for this day. He wants to bless us not only individually, but also corporately as the body of Christ. When you're consistent in your worship, then others may be encouraged to stay consistent and that may just start a holy “domino” effect. Keep working, loving and worshiping with God's people.

A Prayer for Today

God, thank You for never giving up on me, even though I'm not perfect. Help me to be an encouragement and example of consistency to other believers who may be struggling. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

กระทำสิ่งที่ถูกต้อง แต่บ่อยครั้งที่ท่านกลายเป็นว่าทำสิ่งที่ แม้แต่ตัวเองก็เห็นว่าไม่เข้าท่า เราควรรู้ไว้ว่าเมื่อเราละเมิดกฏของพระเจ้าในฝ่ายวิญญาณ แน่นอน
มันต้องมีผลอะไรตามมาแน่นอน แต่ว่าการละเมิดกฏในฝ่ายกายล่ะ เมื่อเราไม่ได้ดูแลร่างกายตัวเอง พระเจ้าก็ไม่ทรงได้รับเกียรติ์ และเราก็สามารถคาดการณ์
ได้เลยว่ามันเป็นอะไรที่ท้าทายมากกว่าที่เราอยากให้เป็น พระเจ้าทรงให้พระบัญญัติ และ กฏเกณฑ์เพื่อให้เราเป็นคนที่ดี เพราะว่าพระเจ้าจ้องการให้เรามี
สุขภาพแข็งแรง และ เข้มแข็งในทุกด้านในชีวิต ถ้าเราติดตามกฏเกณฑ์ของพระองค์ เราจะได้รับพระพรซึ่งมาตามการเชื่อฟัง

knew was right, but he often ended up doing the very thing he resisted. You know that when you break God's spiritual law, there are going to be
consequences; but what about breaking God's physical laws? When you don't take care of your body, God is not glorified and you can expect things to be more challenging than you'd like. God has set out laws and rules for your own good, because He wants you to be healthy and strong in every aspect of you
life. If you will follow His instructions, you will receive the blessing that follows your obedience.

Don't Lose Sleep

Sleep is critically important to not only our physical health, but also our spiritual wellbeing. That may sound a little simplistic,
but sometimes lack of sleep can actually cause a spiritual problem. As a Christian, you should be able to sleep in peace at
night knowing that God is in control. But when you lose sleep, not only are you physically unprepared, you become
spiritually weak, because your mind is not sharp enough to be set on the things of God. Medically, lack of sleep can
cause depression, irritability and a grumpy demeanor. Do these sound like characteristics of a victorious Christian? Just
the opposite. So get your proper sleep each night, and you'll have more energy, be in a better mood and even move closer
to God!
A Prayer for Today
God, thank You for giving me the gift of sleep and confidence in Your Name. With Your help, I will make it a priority to get
the sleep that I need and that You designed me to have. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

ไม่ต้องสงสัยเลยว่า การที่เราเป็นคนรูปร่างดีหรือว่าหุ่นดีในฝ่ายวิญญาณนั้น เป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุด แต่การที่เรามีรูปร่างภายนอกที่ดีก็สำคัญเหมือนกัน บางคนนั้นรู้พระคัมภีร์ดีมาก และอธิษฐานบ่อยมาก ทั้งรู้ว่าต้องทำอะไร แต่ว่าไม่มีกำลังฝ่ายร่างการที่จะทำ ทั้ง 3 ส่วนที่ประกอบขึ้นเป็นเรา คือ ร่างกายภายนอก อารมณ์ และ จิตวิญญาณ ควรที่จะมีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงทั้ง 3 ส่วน และทำงานประสานกันเพื่อที่เราจะทำสิ่งต่างๆได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ร่างกายของเราเป็นพระวิหารของพระเจ้าผู้ยิ่งใหญ่สูงสุด และเราต้องให้เกียรติ์พระองค์ในทุกส่วนของชีวิตเรา

There is no doubt that being in shape spiritually is the most important kind of fitness. But being in shape physically is very important as well. Some people know the Bible well - they pray often and they know what to do, but they don't have the physical energy to do anything at all. All three parts of your being - physical, emotional and spiritual - should be healthy and in sync for you to function most productively. Your body is the temple of the most high God, and you must honor Him with the care you take of it. Seek a balance, and try to be healthy and God-honoring in every part of life.

The great heroes of the Bible impress us with their strength of their confidence and depth of their faith. And as God's Word tells us, you can do the same great things they did, because you have the same God in you! King David was supremely confident in God - firm in the knowledge God would give him the strength to overcome his obstacles. Philippians 4:13 says you can accomplish anything through the power of Christ in your heart. We hope this will encourage you to take a stand for God. Don't ever think that God did great things only for people in the days of the Bible. That same powerful God can help you jump over a wall in your life today! Just give Him an opportunity and you'll see just how awesome and powerful He is.

The prophet Habakkuk knew what to do when things seemed completely hopeless. His world was literally falling apart. In fact, the situation was so bad it seemed trouble was bursting through the seams of his life. So what did Habakkuk do? He rejoiced and praised the Lord in spite of everything! That may seem contrary to you and even silly. But you have probably lost something or someone who is very dear to you, so you can know how Habakkuk was feeling. But follow the prophet's example. When something bad happens to you, thank God - not because you're suffering, but because you know He is still faithful and loving. God wants to bless you, and He can lift your head above any problem!

Have you ever experienced something that truly tested your faith, your joy and your convictions? We're not talking about just having a bad day or having to deal with difficult people - but enduring an intense situation that rocks you to your very core. When many people face such soul-searching they let their happiness and joy turn into bitterness and anger. Make sure this doesn't happen to you. Don't give the evil one the victory by becoming an ineffective Christian due to lingering bitterness. Even if you're being tested, God has promised to remain faithful. He is all-powerful, and He can pull you out of your troubles at any moment. Choose to remain faithful and joyous despite your present circumstances.

Your life is probably so fast paced that it seems to be swirling around you at times. In the midst of a hectic schedule, there are plenty of opportunities to lose your joy. But you don't have to let any circumstance rob you of the joy that is rightfully yours in Christ. Once you decide to follow God and listen to Him, alone, nothing can take away that joy that is within you. And when your heart is set on joy, no one can wrestle it away from you unless you allow it. Your enemy is roaming around like a lion - waiting to devour, destroy and rob you of joy (1 Peter 5:8). But he can't steal what Jesus has given to you in the first place. Today's verse is a promise from Jesus, Himself - so hold on to the joy that He has put in your heart!

God's supernatural ways may bewilder and mystify us, but don't be afraid to simply recognize the hand of God in your midst.

Now, that doesn’t mean you refuse to speak to anyone else or that you drive down the road with your eyes closed. But it does mean being ever ready and willing to go before God. Nothing is too small or too big for God to care about. He created you, so why wouldn’t He care about you? You should bathe your life in prayer. Pray for wisdom, peace, and patience. Pray for your marriage, your job, and your children. Pray for other people and circumstances, even when the situation may seem hopeless. Give every person and everything in your life to God in prayer — and they will be in the best of hands!

So why settle for a middle-of-the-road life when you can cross the finish line victoriously! God continually works in you to give you the power for abundant living -so believe it, receive it and use it mightily for Him!

There is one great solution to all of your problems. Just look up! When you look up and see the face of your heavenly Father, you'll realize that He loves you and wants to solve your problem for His glory. When you look around at your problems and your circumstances in the world, you get distracted and can't focus on the God-centered answer. The enemy is trying to keep you off balance. He does not want you to experience joy and the blessings of the Lord. But you don't have to listen to the enemy. Just look up, and you'll find the true Source of strength and godly counsel. If you're struggling or feeling confused today, change your focus.

Your entire perspective will radically change when you realize God is in your everyday experiences. Even when we are not completely faithful to Him, He is always faithful to us! Make God your hope and rely solely on Him, and He’ll faithfully work things out that will bless you, protect you and encourage you!

Psalm 46:10 is a great Scripture to pray daily. Turn to it and read it before you make any decision. You'll be amazed at the insight you get from waiting on God instead of striving to find the answers on your own. Don't always react on your first impulse - instead, think about what God would want from you and realize that He is in control. You'll be able to see His hand working in just about any situation when you take a step back and realize it's not your plan, but His. When you're absolutely confused, worried and don't have a clue what to do, relax for a minute and let God work. Don't let panic or worry guide your decisions when God is ready to help you.
A Prayer for Today
God, thank You for remaining in control even when I'm worried or stressed. Give me Your supernatural wisdom to make decisions that honor You and are for my good. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

เราทุกคนควรจะได้เรียนรู้จากอัครฑูตเปาโล ท่านเป็นคนที่มีความสุขและมีความชื่นชมยินดี เพระว่าสิ่งที่พะรเยซุได้ทำในชีวิตของท่าน แม้ว่าท่านต้องติดคุก ถูกตีตรวนในห้องมืด เพราะว่าความเชื่อในพระเยซูของท่าน ท่านเปาโล ยังคงสรรเสริญพระเจ้าและรู้สึกตื่นเต้นที่จะนำข่าวประเสริฐของพระเยซู อย่างที่ท่านกล่าวใน ฟิลิปปีที่บทที่ 1 ซึ่งท่านรู้ว่า ที่ท่านต้องทนทุกข์นั้นก็เพือ่จุดประสงค์หนึ่งและท่านยินดีเพราะว่าข่าวประเสิรฐได้แพร่ขยายออกไป แม้ว่าท่านออกไปอาจออกไปประกาศด้วยตนเองก็ตาม เพื่อนที่รัก ให้รู้ไว้เถอว่าเราไม่อาจเอาชนะคนที่ถวายสรรเสริญพระเจ้าในทุกที่ทุกสถานการณ์ไม่ว่าจะเกิดอะไรก็ตามก็ยังสรรเสริญพระเจ้าได้ และข่าวดีสำหรับเราก็คือพระเจ้าสามารถทำงานในเรได้เหมือนที่พระเจ้าทรงทำงานในชีวิตท่านเปาโลมาแล้ว พระเจ้าสามารถปรับสถานการณ์จากที่ดูแย่ที่สุด เป็นไปไม่ได้ให้เป็นสิ่งที่ดีเลิศ ขอเพียงแค่เรามีทัศนคติที่ถูกต้อง ให้เราสรรเสริญพระเจ้า วันนี้ ไม่มีจะเกิดอะไรขึ้นก็ตาม

We all could learn quite a bit from the apostle Paul. He was deliriously happy and joyous because of what Christ had done in his life. Even when he was chained and shackled in a dark prison because of his faith, Paul praised God and was excited to deliver his message of the gospel. He says in Philippians 1 that he knew he was suffering for a purpose and that he rejoiced because of the advancement of God's message even when he couldn't be out preaching the gospel. My friend, you can't defeat a person who gives God praise no matter what! And the best part is that God can work in your life the same way He worked in Paul's. God can turn some of the worst possible situations into some of the most worthwhile experiences if you have the right attitude. Praise God today . . . no matter what!

God, I realize that You can take even my bad days and accomplish something great for Your glory. Thank You for the way You display Your power and love in my life. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

ทุกวันนี้ การฟังเป็นศิลปะที่สูญหายไป พวกเราหลายคนเป็นกังวลมาก เกี่ยวกับการแสดงออก พูดออกมา ในสิ่งที่พวกเค้าคิดหรือว่าเชื่อ เสียจนกระทั่งไม่อาจจะฟังเสียงของคนอื่น หรือแม้แต่เสียงของพระเจ้า ในฐานะที่เป็นคริสเตียน ให้เราพยายามพัฒนา ประสาทหูของเรา เพื่อที่ว่าเราสามารถได้ยินเสียงของพระเจ้าได้ ในท่ามกลางเสียงรบกวนของโลกใบนี้ พระเจ้าทรงตรัสไม่เพียงแต่ผ่านพระคัมภีร์เท่านั้น แต่ด้วยคำปรึกษาอันมหัศจรรย์ และพระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์ ถ้าเราต้องการที่จะรู้ว่าอะไรเป็นสิ่งที่พระเจ้าปรารถนาจะมอบให้คุณ ขอแค่ถามจากพระองค์ แต่ว่าเราต้องเตรียมพร้อมที่จะฟังคำตอบจากพระเจ้าด้วย

Listening is a lost art today. Many of us are so concerned about expressing what they think or believe that they just don't listen closely to others - or even to God. As a Christian, try to develop your senses so that you can hear God's voice in the midst of the world's noise. God speaks not only through the Bible, but also through godly counsel and His Holy Spirit. If you want to know what God desires for you, just ask Him. But then be ready to listen for His answer. All it takes is a simple prayer like the one Samuel prayed in 1 Samuel 3:10, where he said to God, “I am listening.” You never know just how God will speak to you, so listen for His still, small voice to answer.

God, thank You for answering my prayers. Give me the wisdom and discernment to hear Your still, small voice through the loudness of this world. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

เราควรจะใช้ชีวิตตามคำขวัญง่ายๆว่า ฉันเป็นคริสเตียน ดังนั้นฉันเลือกที่จะชื่นบานมีความสุข นั่นเป็นสิ่งที่ถูกต้อง ในฐานะที่เราเป็นผู้เขื่อ เราได้รับพระพรจากพระเยซู ผู้ที่จับตาเฝ้าดูเราอยู่เสมอในทุกๆสิ่งที่เราทำ ความสุขและความชื่นบานเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่ง ที่คริสเตียนทุกคนควรเลือก ถ้าการเลือกที่จะมีความสุขมันยากสำหรับคุณ ลองเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่วันพรุ่งนี้ ตื่นมาตอนเช้าด้วยทัศนคติแห่งความเบิกบานใจ ขอบพระคุณพระเจ้าตั้งแต่วินาทีแรกที่ลืมตาตื่นขึ้นมา ก่อนจะเข้าไปแปรงฟัน อาบน้ำ เพราะว่า คำสรรเสริญพระเจ้า ควรอยู่ที่ปากเราเรื่อยไป สิ่งอื่นในชีวิตเราเป็นแค่สิ่งเล็กน้อยมาก แต่ว่าความสุขของเรา เป็นสิ่งที่ตั้งอยู่บนความจริงที่ว่าพระเจ้าได้ประทานชีวิตให้เรา และให้พระพรฝ่ายวิญญาณ ให้เราชื่นชมยินดีต่อพระพักตร์พระเจ้า และเลือกที่จะมีความสุขเบิกบานใจ ทุกวัน และนั่นจะกลายเป็นนิสัยอันดีเลิศของเรา

You should live by a simple life motto: “I'm a Christian, so I choose to be happy!” That's right, as a believer you are blessed by Christ, who watches over you every single moment. Happiness and joy are a choice - one that should be easy for a Christian to make. If choosing happiness is hard for you, try this starting tomorrow morning with an attitude of gratitude. Give thanks to God as soon as you get out of bed, before you even leave your bedroom, because God’s praise should always be on your lips. Everything else in life is just stuff, but your happiness is based on the fact that God has given you life and spiritual blessings. Be glad before the Lord and choose to be happy each day, and it will become a wonderful habit!

พระเจ้าทรงประทานพันธสัญญาอันยิ่งใหญ่และพระพรมากมายให้เรา มีสิ่งหนึ่งที่น่าตื่นเต้นมากในพระธรรมประจำวันนี้ คือ ที่พระเยซุสอนว่า ถ้าเราแจกจ่ายความรักอกไป แล้วเราจะได้รับความรักกลับมาแบบท่วมท้น มากกว่าที่เราจะคิดได้ แต่ด้วยเหตุผลบางอย่าง คนส่วนใหญ่ไม่ค่อยอยากจะแจกจ่ายความรักออกไป และในขณะเดียวกันก็รับความรักไม่ค่อยจะเป็นด้วย แต่ว่าความรักนั้นถูกออกแบบมา เพื่อให้แบ่งปันแก่คนอื่น อย่ารั้งความรักเอาไว้ เพราะว่าการแจกจ่ายออกไปเป็นเพียงวิธีเดียวที่เราจะได้รับความรักลับคืน ให้เราลองทำดูตั้งแต่วันนี้เลย แสดงความรักอย่างจริงใจ ให้มิตรภาพแก่ใครสักคน และดูซิว่าคุณจะได้รับความรักอันท่วมท้นกลับมาหรือไม่

God gives you many great promises and blessings in His Word. One of the most exciting is found in the verse for today. Jesus tells you that if you give love away, then you will receive it back in abundance—more than you ever thought possible! But for some reason, most people have a difficult time giving away love, and receiving it as well. But love was designed to be shared. Don’t hold on to your love and devotion; give it away because it is only then that you will be truly blessed with love in return. Try it even today; show true love and friendship to someone and see if you don’t receive an abundance of love and blessings in return!

God, help me to give my love away to those who need it. Thank You for Your promise of love and blessings if I’m faithful to share Your love with others. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
